Location
Harbour View, 6 Park Avenue, St Ives, TR26 2DN.
We offer limited parking onsite, reservation is needed and firstly reserved for guests in our Ocean View Studio Apartment only. There is a public car park next door and free street parking with time limitations.
We are a 5 minute walk from St Ives train and bus stations.
Guest Services
Although we offer a self check in/out service, if you need any assistance throughout your stay you will often find us onsite in the daytime or we can be contacted via phone, what’s app and email throughout your stay.
WiFi access is given upon arrival and within your welcome email in advance.
Amenities
All rooms have a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, sofa or chairs, microwave, toaster, TV, towels and dressing gowns. Our Studio Suite also has an oven and fridge freezer.
Bookings are room only as we do not offer breakfast. Although a cold breakfast hamper will be in your room upon arrival.

Studio Suite
A gentle black and white theme with sleeping area, lounge, kitchenette and large ensuite shower room. We avoid one use plastics and stock our rooms with eco friendly washing up supplies and bamboo toilet rolls when possible.
We can often reserve onsite parking but is not guaranteed with this studio. Please request parking and we will do our best to accommodate.
